Who can use this
PromptPals is for children, used with the agreement of a parent, guardian or school. If you are under 13, an adult must set up any account. Children can play anonymously without an account and without an adult creating one.
What PromptPals is for
Teaching children to use AI thoughtfully and safely. It is an educational tool. It is not a homework service, and the content deliberately argues against using AI that way.
What it is not
It is not a safety monitor, a content filter, or a substitute for adult supervision. It does not watch what a child does elsewhere. A child using PromptPals still needs the same adult attention they needed before.
About the AI
Two modes can talk to an AI model. AI models make mistakes, including confident ones, and teaching children to expect that is a large part of what this product is for. Do not treat anything an AI says here as fact, medical advice, legal advice or a substitute for a teacher.
Fair use
Do not attempt to break the safety rules, extract the system prompts, use the product to generate content about other people, or resell access. Accounts doing these things can be closed.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, Neuralpreneur AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
